WADE is an independent design and engineering studio founded in 2025. Nine people, distributed across four time zones, backed by twelve years of founders' craft. We've shipped six production engagements this year for founders and growth-stage teams — and we still answer our own emails.

We build the things we'd want to use, with the people we'd want to work with, on timelines that don't require pretending. The studio is small on purpose — big enough to ship, small enough that the person you brief is the person who does the work.

We turn down work we can't do well. A smaller portfolio of shipped projects beats a long list of mediocre ones — for us, and for the people we work with.

Our job is to help you make the next decision. Documents that don't move a decision forward are noise. We try not to generate noise.

The work should speak. We don't perform effort, we don't manufacture urgency, and we don't ship things that haven't been thought through.
