Nuvanta Collection

Nuvanta is a multi-category retailer in Nairobi serving customers across Kenya with a uniquely local promise: hand-checked quality, countrywide delivery, and pickup mtaani (in the neighborhood). The challenge was building a single storefront that handles four very different product categories — fashion, accessories, kitchen — without feeling like a department store. We built a category-aware browsing experience, integrated M-Pesa payments, and designed a logistics flow that handles 47 counties with grace.
